I love the HealthMaster! I have made so many things and now I am almost using it for all my meals! I'm eating more fruits and veggies and even store them so I can have a quick snack. It's quick and easy and you can make sooo many things with it! I hope they make a site to upload fav recipes... I have a few already!

Need to say i'm very picky, I saw this item on TV and was sold, many items come accros the screen but this one caught my eye it just made sense... Got the Machine and wow the mother of all blenders... But this is more than a blender it's an emulsifier. This Item Is great it makes the best drinks... And vegetables do taste better mixed with friut. This is an amazing machine and the clean up is so easy and fast. Comes with great recipies that i have yet to explore... this machine is used every other day and the reason it makes enough for 1 person for 2 days. My wife uses it for fruit drinks and they are awsome. I would advise anyone to try this machine. And at 1/2 the cost of other machines Thank You Montel... :-)

I have prayed for a way to get in my vegetables and fruit every day. I work afternoons and had to pack a grocery bag to get all the nurtients I need for the day. Not any more! I love, love, love this machine. (Got one for my daughter also.) We are in nutritional heaven. The whole family made a face when they saw the spinach go in, but when they tasted the smoothies, they were hooked. Can't say enough. Thank you Montel for sharing this wonderful tool to good health.

I just received my HealthMaster and I must say that I have never been this excited about an appliance. I already had a blender that I made smoothies with but it had its limits....with the HealthMaster, I feel like the possibilities are endless. I love that the container is so big and that I can finally just toss whole fruits and vegetables in without a second thought..and the fact that it can pulverize ice in just seconds or anything for that matter. I am vegan and with a busy lifestyle it makes it hard to find the time to create healthy meals that don't require much time or cleanup, but with the HealthMaster, I don't see that as a problem any more! I feel so blessed to have seen the infomercial and I will be using my HealthMaster everyday.

I have to tell you how much I love my Health Master. I was told I had to lose weight or I would be in a wheelchair by the time I'm 65. I hurt my back and the pain was unbearable. I saw my doctor and was told to walk and lose weight. I didn't know what to do. But when I saw the Healthmaster, I knew it was for me. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I have lost 31 pounds in the last 13 weeks, and I'm working out at the gym 3 to 4 times a week. My back will always be bad, but the extra weight was making it worse. I recently had blood work done and to my surprise it came back great. I also had my blood pressure taken and found it was 126/66. That's outstanding for someone that has been taking 3 blood pressure meds for years. And having the doctor tell me he might be able to take me off my meds soon was the biggest surprise of my day. I feel better every day. And now when people are asking what I'm doing, I tell them all bout my HealthMaster and they are surprised when I tell them how good the food tastes. "It's Great". By the way, I am 60 years olds and feel like I'm 25. My skin gets better every day, and it's easier to do my job, because I'm not carrying around so much weight. A. The centrifugal force of the blade spinning causes friction which heats up the contents.

Q. Why is there steam coming from my lid?

A. There is a safety valve release built into the lid. This allows steam and pressure to release from the unit when soups are being made.

Q. Why will the machine not turn on?

A. The unit must be properly assembled or it will not power on at all. The pitcher and lid must both be slid into the locked position. The EZ Grip Handle of the pitcher should always be to your right, and the Handy Flipper should always be slid into the built in sensor on the EZ Grip Handle of the pitcher. When the unit is all locked in place, a clicking noise can be heard. The display will not light up unless it is properly assembled.

Q. Why has the motor shut off while in use?

A. The unit has a built in safety feature that will shut down the machine to prevent overheating. Allow the machine to cool down for about 30 minutes and then press the clear reset switch located at the bottom of the base. The machine will then power back on.

Q. Why does the blade only spin once and then stop when the "ICE" button is pressed?

A. The "ICE" button is only used when trying to move contents from the bottom of the pitcher. It is not a feature that will remain running when pressed.

Q. What is the horsepower of the unit?

A. Almost 2 horsepower motor.

Q. What is the wattage?

A. 1100 watts, or 1200 watts if upgraded to the Pro unit.

Q. How often should I change my blades?

A. The blades of the unit will never have to be replaced.

Q. Is it normal for my machine to be loud?

A. Yes, this is a powerful 2 horsepower motor. And there will be some noise associated with it.

Q. Can I make flour in the unit?

A. Yes you can.

Q. Do vegetables need to be cooked before putting in machine?

A. No.

Q. Is the unit dishwasher safe?

A. We recommend washing the Pitcher, Lid and Cap by hand. Fill the Pitcher with warm soapy water. Attach and lock the Pitcher to the Base. Then secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press the ON button. Increase the speed to 8. Press the RUN button. Allow it to run for about 1 minute. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Q. Is it normal for the motor to have a slight burning smell?

A. Yes, it is normal for the unit to have a factory smell. After a few uses the smell will dissipate.

Q. Can anything other than the tamper be used in the machine?

A. No. The tamper is specially designed to stop 1 inch above the blade. We do not recommend that anything other than the tamper provided is used.
